Malibu

I had an AMAZING day at the beach today.  I live for days like this!

The drive over the mountain is always breathtaking. It's so beautiful up there. I have this thing I do while I'm driving through the canyons. I put on Coldplay, roll all the windows down , let the wind blow through my hair,  and I sing along as loud as I can. "The Scientist" and "A Rush of Blood to the Head" are my favorites and I sometimes play them over and over again.  It's something that I did on my first drive over and now it's become a ritual. It's one of the rare times that I can be alone and be my crazy self and just enjoy the moment. It's so much fun and no one is around to hear how bad I sing. :)

Here are some of the better pictures I took today. Enjoy!

My Beach Day

Yesterday I took a beach day, to go watch the surfers and take some pictures. It was very foggy and cold but I enjoyed being there. It was very relaxing. I was having trouble with my camera yesterday and I am very disappointed in how most of my pictures came out. I took over 400 pictures and was only happy with about twenty or so of them. I'm trying not to dwell on it too much, it's just another excuse to go back to the beach. :) I will be upgrading my camera soon and I am in the process of learning photo shop. I am looking forward to making some of these look better in the future.
Here is the link to the pictures. check them out and tell me what you think. Thanks!
